Pilatus B4 ...compact semi-scale

The original aircraft was designed in 1966 by Rudolf Reinke, Ingo autumn and Manfred Kueppers. After a period further development and prototyping the design was accepted by the Pilatus works in Switzerland in 1973. In total 322 aircraft were built in the period 1973 to 1978.

As in the case if the original aircraft, the model is characterised by uncomplicated and pleasant flying characteristics, offering outstanding potential for aerobatics. For intermediate pilot the B4 is a problemfree everyday model with good scale appearance. Long slope sessions interspersed with scale aerobatics will be the just reward for the more advanced pilot.
